We are back today to giveaway the beautiful tissue tassel garland provided to us by Carmen of PomFlair that we used in our Romantic Vintage Valentine’s Day Dessert Table. We contacted Carmen via Etsy, the place where all the cool people go to sell their creative wares. She owns a shop called PomFlair where she creates and sells all kinds of beautiful decor fashioned from tissue paper.
